We put at your disposal the new version of management of your access and telephony offers.
To do this, simply access your customer area, then click on Internet access.
Remember to enable POP UP for our site so that the new window opens directly.
The customer area directs you to the interface Planet NUXIT.
The tab Telecom then Internet access displays your benefits.
You will see the status of each service, with a link Open which is used to view the details of a given offer.
Depending on the offer, you will see several details.
Description and options
In the very first section, there are essentially the details of the offer.
The link (+ info) displays the name of the offer, its expiration date, the cost and the status of the offer.
In the second section, you can see the current tickets, open a new ticket, or view the monitoring contact.
The contact monitoring allows you to configure the people who are authorized to consult your subscription information and to open tickets to our support.
To add a contact, click on the button ADD A NEW SUPERVISOR.
The interface will ask you for the number of the customer you wish to authorize. You just have to validate so that the customer in question can access and manage your subscription.
Router
This section shows information about the router provided by Magic Online.
If you have your own router, you will see the following message.
In case the router is provided by our institution, you can move the cursor to the desired port, so that the system displays the traffic, packet, and error graph.
In case the router is provided by our company, you can click on the desired port, so that the system displays the traffic, packet and error graphs in a more detailed way.
