This is because the system is not displaying the correct data. You should not put any email address for obvious security reasons. If you don't know it, please <a href=\"https:\/\/assistance.groupemagiconline.com\/en\/knowledge-base\/creer-un-ticket-support\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">open a support ticket<\/a> and make the request to update the accesses. You can reset the password on your ODIN client interface so that you don't lose it again. Unless Plesk refuses it because it is not complex enough and does not meet the Plesk security policy.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"left-content post-details\">\n<div class=\"post-item post-body animated post-8163 post type-post status-publish format-standard hentry category-espace-client-v2 category-plesk fadeInUp in\" data-animation=\"fadeInUp\" data-transition=\"1500\">\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Connection problem to the shared Plesk interface<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If the Plesk space shows you an error accessing the page (error 500 page not found) and there is no general technical problem on <a href=\"https:\/\/travaux.magic.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">our works page<\/a>This means that port 8443 is closed on your connection. You must contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to open this port.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Go back to your customer area and get the name of the Plesk server (URL).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Take this hostname to test if the port is closed on your connection.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Here is the procedure to follow:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1- On your local machine click on the Windows start menu and then click on run. If you can't find 'run' in this menu, press the 'Windows' (flag) and 'r' keys on your keyboard at the same time.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2- A small window opens, type the word (or the command) 'cmd' then press the Enter key on your keyboard.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3- A new window with a black background opens, enter the following line replacing the host <strong>plesklinuxN <\/strong>by the one you retrieved in the first place, and press the Enter key on your keyboard again:<br \/>\n<strong>telnet plesklinuxN.sd-france.net 8443<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4- Read carefully the result of the order\u00a0<strong>TELNET<\/strong>\u00a0which will return :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Either the command\u00a0<strong>TELNET<\/strong>\u00a0cannot be found:<br \/>\n<strong>telnet' is not recognized as an internal or external command, an executable program or a command file.<\/strong><br \/>\nIn this case, you must activate\u00a0<strong>TELNET\u00a0<\/strong>on your computer.
