The first thing to do is to go to your client interface<\/a>\u00a0which you can find the link to on our showcase site. Once there, click on Plesk > My Plesk (Manage my subscription) > menu\u00a0Mail<\/strong>\u00a0><\/span>\u00a0Email addresses.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The action of deleting an email address is irreversible. Make sure you have your own backup copy before deleting.<\/p>\n

The backup of an email address is done via an email program such as Outlook. You just have to configure the address in this software and export the emails to a file with the .PST extension.
