The password is not displayed on the interface for security reasons. It is present on the email sent at the creation date of the subscription. To change the password in case of loss, follow this procedure<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Recovery of the database<\/h2>\n
Return to your customer area > menu Lodging<\/strong> > click on WEB MANAGEMENT<\/strong>\u00a0or DATABASE MANAGEMENT<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Go to the database in question, then click on the icon to access phpMyAdmin.<\/p>\n

The interface asks you to enter the database password. The user name is inserted automatically.<\/p>\n

Click on the button Sign In<\/strong> to open the PhpMyAdmin space.<\/p>\n

Mail data recovery<\/h2>\n
In this step, you need to use an email program of your choice (Outlook, Thunderbird, Mac Mail, etc.) to save your email address data. Consult the official help of the email application you are using to avoid losing the data. It is not possible to create a backup copy through webmail. The subscriber has to take care of this step as we do not offer assistance on this.<\/p>\n

Ordering the new subscription<\/h2>\n
In your customer area, follow the Marketplace menu to order a new hosting. If in doubt, do not hesitate to contact your sales representative at 0805297171 to get the right information, especially regarding the price.<\/p>\n

\nONCE THE MIGRATION IS COMPLETED AND THE OLD HOSTING IS DELETED, OUR ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT WILL PAY A CREDIT BALANCE TO YOUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT.
\nYOU CAN USE THIS CREDIT TO RENEW OR BUY OTHER PRODUCTS ON THE PANEL.

Technical support intervention<\/h2>\n
Once you have retrieved the data from your website, you will need to create a ticket<\/a> to ask our technical support to remove the old hosting. The request on the ticket should be written in the following syntax:<\/p>\n

You can delete all data related to the subscription MONDOMAINE<\/em>. I will then transfer them to the new subscription entitled NEW HOSTING<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Implementation of the new subscription<\/h2>\n

The intervention of the technical service will make sure to remove the old hosting that have no reason to be and keep only the new package.<\/p>\n

All you have to do is to access the new subscription via FTP and put the content of each site.<\/p>\n
You will also have to re-create the databases with the same username and password, and then import the backup copies of each database. Here is an article about database management<\/a>.<\/p>\n
Remember to update the configuration file with the new sql server name as well as the connection parameters: Database name, database user name, password.<\/p>\n
As for the mail service, please note that it will only be activated if you make the request by ticket.<\/p>\n
Once this is done, you just have to re-create the email addresses if needed, configure them on an email program and then import the backup file into it.
