In this guide, we will see how to access in FTP via TOWEB.<\/p>\n

Prerequisites<\/h2>\n

Make sure that the domain name points to our www hosting servers (field A).<\/p>\n

Make a ping www.VOTRE_NOM_DE_DOMAINE.TLD<\/em>\u00a0in a terminal.<\/p>\n

The ping result should show the IP address of our shared server.<\/p>\n

Please note that FTPS is not available on our shared platform.<\/p>\n

Download and install the TOWEB application<\/h2>\n

You can use the link\u00a0https:\/\/www.lauyan.com\/fr\/download-toweb.html<\/a>\u00a0(or the link of your choice).<\/p>\n

You can start it with the template of your choice to create your site.<\/p>\n
