To change the back-office password of your WordPress space, you must first know the password of your MySQL database.<\/p>\n

Recover MySQL password<\/h2>\n

  1. Access to your customer area<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Click on the menu Lodging<\/strong> then Web Management<\/strong>.\n

  3. Click on the button FTP ONLINE VIA DRINVIN FTP<\/strong>.\n
    \"\"<\/a><\/pre>\n<\/li>\n
  4. \u00a0Navigate to the WordPress FTP root until you find the file wp-config.php<\/strong>. Click on it to download it.\n

  5. Open the file wp-config.php<\/strong>. The MySQL database access password will be displayed in the line DB_PASSWORD<\/strong>.\n

    Method 1 - Change the wp_users table<\/h3>\n
    Here are the steps to change the Back-office password of your WordPress space.<\/p>\n

    1. Access to your customer area<\/a>.<\/li>\n
    2. Click on the menu Lodging<\/strong> then Web Management<\/strong>.\n
      \"\"<\/a><\/pre>\n<\/li>\n
    3. In the section YOUR MYSQL DATABASES <\/strong>click on the icon of the column ACCESS<\/strong>.\n
      \"\"<\/a><\/pre>\n<\/li>\n
    4. Set the password to access your database. If you don't know this password, follow the above procedure<\/a>.\n
      \"\"<\/a><\/pre>\n<\/li>\n
    5. Navigate to the table wp_users<\/strong> and click on it. Follow the link EDIT<\/strong> to change the BackOffice password.\n

    6. In the field user_pass<\/strong>select MD5<\/strong> in the column Function<\/strong> then enter your new password (in clear text) in the Value<\/strong>.\n
