In this guide we will see how to manage a user of your MySQL database.
First, go to your trademark control panel, Magic Online or Nuxit.
Then click on Lodging.
Click on the button DATABASE MANAGEMENT.
It is possible to :
Add a user from your existing database.
Assign a MySQL user to your database.
Change the user's password.
Change the value max_user_connections.
Delete the user.
Change password
Go to the customer area > Menu Lodging > Heading MANAGEMENT DATABASE DATA > Section YOUR MYSQL USERS.
Then click on the button ACTIONS of the desired user, then Change password.
Enter the new password and click on the button VALIDATE.
The password has been modified, the interface displays this confirmation message.
New Planet space
Always start by going to your client interface Magic Online or Nuxit.
Then click on the menu Support or Authcode domain which lead directly to the Planet interface.
Once the interface is open, follow the menu Shared Hosting.
Click on WEB MANAGEMENT of the accommodation in question.
In the section YOUR MYSQL USERS click on the button ACTIONS of the desired user, then CHANGE PASSWORD.
Enter the new password and click on the button VALIDATE.
The password has been modified, the interface displays this confirmation message.
Change the value max_user_connections
Go to the customer area > Menu Lodging > Heading MANAGEMENT DATABASE DATA > Section YOUR MYSQL USERS.
Then click on the button ACTIONS of the desired user, then Edit max_user_connections.
Set the new value and click on the button VALIDATE.
The change is taken into account, the interface displays this confirmation message.
New Planet space
Always start by going to your client interface Magic Online or Nuxit.
Then click on the menu Support or Authcode domain which lead directly to the Planet interface.
Once the interface is open, follow the menu Shared Hosting.
Click on WEB MANAGEMENT of the accommodation in question.
In the section YOUR MYSQL USERS click on the button ACTIONS of the desired user, then MODIFY MAX_USER_CONNECTIONS.
Set the new value and click on the button VALIDATE.
The change is taken into account, the interface displays this confirmation message.
Delete user
Go to the customer area > Menu Lodging > Heading MANAGEMENT DATABASE DATA > Section YOUR MYSQL USERS.
Then click on the button ACTIONS of the desired user, then Delete user.
If the link does not appear, it is not possible to apply the deletion because it is a default user of an existing database. You must first delete the database to be able to delete him.
Confirm with YES.
The deletion is applied. If one of your sites uses this user, you must make the change quickly to avoid any connection errors.
