The following article describes how to set up an e-mail address on Outlook 2019.
First, go to your trademark control panel, MAGIC or NUXIT.
We do not recommend using this guide if you have already attempted an unsuccessful email address configuration. It is therefore vital to restart your computer or laptop before following steps in this help link.
Shared hosting
The following article concerns only Shared Hosting new offers such as START, BOOST, MAX and Performance.
1- First, open Outlook 2019, then click File menu.
2- Use button Add Account.
3- Enter the e-mail address. We are using myaddress@magic-mol.fr in this example. Click on Advanced options.
4- Tick Let me set up my account manually then Connect.
5- Choose account type IMAP or POP. This help link explains difference between both protocols.
POP IMAP parameters
1- Enter the following configuration parameters in the appropriate fields.
Incoming server : imap.webmo.fr
Port : 143
Encryption method : StartTLS
Outgoing server : smtp.webmo.fr
Port : 587
Encryption method : StartTLS
For those who wants to use POP, here are the configuration parameters :
Incoming server : pop.webmo.fr
Port : 110
Connection security : StartTLS
Authentication method : Encrypted password

Click Next.
2- Enter e-mail address password.
3- Click Finish.
4- E-mail address is ready.
Plesk hosting
The following article concerns only old shared hosting such as SMART, DISCOUNT, PRO, SÉCURISÉ, MAIL10000, MAIL20000, or every dedicated or private Plesk server.
1- First, open Outlook 2019, then click File menu.
2- Use button Add Account.
3- Enter the e-mail address. We are using myaddress@magic-mol.fr in this example. Click on Advanced options.
4- Tick Let me set up my account manually then Connect.

IMAP root folder path
You can add INBOX root folder path using IMAP protocol.
1- Go to File > Account settings then sub-menu Account settings.
2- Select e-mail address then click on Change.
3- Add INBOX in Root folder path. Click Next.
4- Use button Done.
