LXD Agent

In order to connect to a VPS, we use the LXD Agent tool which allows us to :

• Connect us to the machine if you need assistance
• To ensure the operation of the action Change your SSH password from your customer panel
• To ensure the operation of the action Restarting your VPS from your customer panel
• Verify that the network is working properly at the VPS level

⚠️ If the agent is no longer running on the VPS, all the listed actions are no longer possible.

If you have stopped the process /run/lxd_agent/lxd-agentIf you are not satisfied with the results, simply restart the VPS and the process will start again.

If you have disabled the service lxd-agent.serviceIf you forget your SSH password or if there is a network problem, we cannot restart the process and connect to your VPS.
