Manage SpamExperts antispam

In this guide we will see how to manage the SpamExperts antispam.

First, go to your trademark control panel, MAGIC or NUXIT.

First follow the menu Antispam SpamExperts.

The new page that opens (remember to activate POP-UP), allows you to manage the antispam. In this case go to the menu Security then Antispam SpamExperts.

The interface displays some information about the offer, click on the button DETAILS at the end of the line.

The space provides the possibility to add, modify or delete an access to the portal.

Manage access to the portal

Add an access SpamExperts

To add a domain to SpamExperts, click on the ADD.

Enter the domain to add, the email address to connect to the account, and the DNS servers. Finally click on the button CREATE.

The space displays a confirmation of addition.

The system does not allow adding the same domain twice.

Modify an access SpamExperts

To change the destination server of a domain, click on the edit icon.

Put in the new server(s). Finally click on the button SAFEGUARD.

It is possible to set up other mail gateways if the subscriber does not want to go through SpamExperts.

It is not possible to change the password, the domain or the e-mail address from this section.

To add another domain, follow these steps the addition procedure described above.

Delete an access SpamExperts

To delete a SpamExperts account, first check the account in question and then click on the DELETE.

The system asks for confirmation before proceeding. Click on YES to apply the deletion.

The space displays a confirmation of deletion.

Access the SpamExperts portal

To access the SpamExperts tool portal, click on the link Open.

Enter the email address and the appropriate password to access it. Click on the eye icon to display the password.
