Manage my Drive subscription

What is a DRIVE subscription

This is a storage space that allows you to save your data. You just need to retrieve the FTP settings from this space, and use them to have the data deposited on our servers.

Manage my Drive subscription

To manage your Drive pack, you just need to access your customer interface which you can find on our this link.

Click on Drivincloud in the left menu of your customer area.

Click on the button YOUR DRIVE.

The interface displays various options. You can start by changing the name of your Drive and specify, for example, that it is a web data backup, or mail or other.
Then you can click on UPDATE THE DATA  which will allow to refresh the used disk space. Finally, in this first section, you can access FTP via the FTP ONLINE VIA DRIVEIPFTP.

A new window will open and give you the possibility to create, rename, delete folders or files.

Create a Drive user account

In the second section of your Drive management interface, you will see the default user of your Drive. This is an account created by the system, which cannot be deleted.
In this section you can create a user account, update the account section, and perform actions on the users of your Drive.

Put the username, and a password for it. Configure the rights as you like. Choose whether you will connect to the Drive account via FTPvia Rsync or via Webdav.
Finally, click on VALIDATE to see the user appear in the list

Manage SSH Drive keys

Within the panel ACTIONS of the default Drive account, you have only two options. Managing SSH keys or Change password of this account. It is not possible to delete the default Drive account. Start by clicking on the Managing SSH keys.

The interface will allow you toADD A NEW SSH KEY orUPDATE the heading.

First of all, you have to generate the key on the computer that you want to set up to be able to deposit the data to be saved on the DRIVE account.

Follow our documentation to generate an SSH key.

So you were able to recover the public key. Just go back to the client interface and paste it.
The key must not contain any line breaks.

Click on VALIDATE. You will see that the key has been added.

Default Drive account password

Return to the list of Drive user accounts. You can change the password of the default Drive account. To do this, click on the OPTIONS.

Enter the new password twice. You can let the system generate a strong and secure password for you.

Manage a Drive user account

Go back to the list of Drive user accounts. You can see the configuration of a created Drive user. To do this, click on the menu OPTIONS then See the configuration.

The interface will display a summary of the user account.

Go back to the list of Drive user accounts. You can see the configuration of a created Drive user. To do this, click on the menu OPTIONS then Modify the parameters.

The interface will give you the ability to change the user account options. Click on the VALIDATE if you have completed the changes.

Return to the list of Drive user accounts. You can delete a created Drive user. To do this, click on the OPTIONS then Delete account.

Confirm the deletion.

That's it, the account is deleted.
