In this guide we will see how to update the statistics of the use of a mailbox and see how much disk space the mail address occupies.

This guide is dedicated only to our subscribers who have subscribed to the old shared hosting Plesk (SMART, DISCOUNT, PRO and SECURE offer).
The first thing to do is to go to your customer interface which you can find the link to on our showcase site. Once there, click on Plesk > My Plesk (Manage my subscription) > menu Mail > Email addresses.
Check the email address in question, or all the addresses, then click on Update usage stats.
Once the page is loaded, you will see that the size occupied by the email address has changed.
In our example, it has increased to 4.00 KB.
