Add or register a domain name

In this guide, we will see how to add an existing domain or register a new domain.

Add VS registration

Add a domainis the fact of being able, since the customer areamanage a domain already registered with another provider.

Basically, your domain will be able to use our DNS servers and benefit from the services related to the pointing, even if it is currently with an external provider, and you do not wish to transfer it to us. This new service will give you more flexibility.

Register a domain it is the fact of depositing it, it must be available for purchase and not existing in advance.

Register a domain

First of all, it is better to consult the rules to respect before registering a domain.

Then, access your customer interface MAGIC or NUXIT.

In the Dashboard click on the box DOMAIN.

Or go to the menu Domainsthen click on the button ADD A DOMAIN.

Select the option REGISTER A NEW DOMAIN.
Then enter the domain WITHOUT WWW and click on the button CHECK.

The interface will search for a few moments.

Then display the domain and other similar domains. Check the domain, as well as the anonymous whois option if it is offered (depending on the extension) and the duration. Click at the bottom on the button SEND.

The payment page is displayed. You must check the button I have read and accepted the General Conditions to continue.
Finally, choose the payment method and click on BUY.

Add a domain name

You must first access your client interface MAGIC or NUXIT.

In the Dashboard click on the box DOMAIN.

Or go to the menu Domainsthen click on the button ADD A DOMAIN.

Select the option ADD YOUR DOMAIN.
Then enter the domain WITHOUT WWW and click on the button CHECK.

If there are no active domains in the customer area, the system will refuse to use this option. You must register at least one domain in advance.

The interface gives the hand to attach the domain to an existing web hosting on the customer space.

Click Sign In once again. SEND to go to the next step.

The domain is successfully added.

The page will direct you to the list of registered domains.
