Difference between Add and Register a domain
Add a domainis the fact of being able, since the customer areamanage a domain already registered with another provider.
Basically, your domain will be able to use our DNS servers and benefit from the services related to the pointing, even if it is currently with an external provider, and you do not wish to transfer it to us. This new service will give you more flexibility.
Register a domain it is the fact of depositing it, it must be available for purchase and not already existing.
Register a domain
First of all, do not hesitate to consult the rules to respect before registering your domain.
Then, access your customer interface, which you can find on our this link.
Follow the menu Dashboard then ADD A DOMAIN.
You can also use the menu Domainsand then the button ADD A DOMAIN.
Select the option REGISTER A NEW DOMAIN.
Enter your domain WITHOUT WWW and click on the button CHECK.
The interface will search for a few moments. Then it will show you the domain and other similar domains.
Click on the button at the bottom SEND.
You will be redirected to a space where you can confirm your order and pay the invoice.
Check the button I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions.
Choose your payment method.
Here you activate the automatic payment service. All your subscriptions that are configured for automatic renewal will use this payment method. You can activate / deactivate automatic payments and renewals in the "Subscriptions" and "Payment methods" sections of your customer area.
If you have respected the naming policy for the chosen extension, your domain will be active shortly.
Once your domain is registered and activated, it will not be possible to transfer it elsewhere or initiate a change of ownership or even delete it during the first 60 days.
A registered domain must wait 60 days before initiating a transfer, change of ownership, or deletion.
Add a domain name
You must have registered at least one domain to benefit from this option
First of all, you need to log into your panel using this link.
Follow the menu Dashboard then ADD A DOMAIN.
You can also use the menu Domainsand then the button ADD A DOMAIN.
Select the option ADD YOUR DOMAIN.
Enter your domain WITHOUT WWW and click on the button CHECK.
If you do not have any active domains in your client area, the system will refuse to let you use this option. You must register at least one domain.
Otherwise, the system will give you the hand to enter the domain to add.
Click on SEND. You will see a notification.
The page will direct you to the list of registered domains.
You can point the domain to our DNS servers and manage the Zone as you wish.
