Edit customer profile

The following article describes how to edit customer profile.

First, go to your trademark control panel, Magic Online or NUXIT.

Click Account on the left menu.

Click Account Profile on the left sub-menu.

Edit profile

Edit administrative, billing or technical account

You can use EDIT button in order to change administrative, billing or technical profile account. If you cannot find these three contact types, you must open a support ticket.

Subscriber has to provide a valid phone number and a regularly consulted e-mail address.

Edit company name or registration number

At the bottom of the page, you can insert company corporate name and tax registration. Finally click OK button to apply changes.

If the email address is incorrect, subscriber will not receive newsletters and expiration notifications for his/her products. Therefore, any additional costs will be charged to the subscriber for late renewals.

Edit postal address

Click EDIT button in the POSTAL ADDRESS section. Finally click OK to apply changes.

Customer account is now up to date, we can reach you easily if needed.
