Plesk : Access to Webmail

In this guide, we will see how to access your Webmail.

Please refer to this help link which explains how to activate webmail if you have not already done so.

Note

This guide is dedicated only to our subscribers who have subscribed to the former Plesk shared hosting packages (Mail100, Mail1000, Mail10000, SMART, DISCOUNT, PRO and SECURE).

You need to start by going to your customer interface, the link to which can be found on our showcase site. Once there, click on Plesk > My Plesk (Manage my subscription) > Plesk > My Plesk > My Plesk. Mail Email address.

At the end of the line of each created email address, you will see an icon. Click on it and the email page will open.

Put the password of your email address. In case of doubt, you can follow our help link to change password.

This webmail is useful when you encounter a failure on the webmail interface belonging to your domain name.
