Plesk: Enable webmail

In this guide, we will see how to activate the webmail.

This guide is dedicated only to our subscribers who have subscribed to the former Plesk shared hosting packages (SMART, DISCOUNT, PRO and SECURE).

The first thing to do is to go to your client interface which you can find the link to on our showcase site. Once there, click on Plesk > My Plesk (Manage my subscription) > menu Websites & Domains > Mail Email settings.

Check your domain name and click on Webmail. (If this button does not appear on your interface, simply create a ticket from the customer area and ask to add the necessary rights to your account).

Choose the webmail of your choice according to availability and click on the button OK.

The system will handle your change, you can now access your webmail.
