First of all, follow this help link to activate the web statistics.
Type of web statistics
There are two types of statistics; web statistics and usage statistics of your ordered package resources.
1- Web statistics Information about your site's audience, such as the percentage of visitors, the geographical location of your visitors, the terminal from which your visitors consult your site.
View web statistics
You need to start by going to your customer interface, the link to which can be found on our showcase site. Once there, click on Plesk > My Plesk (Manage my subscription) > menu Websites & Domains > Web statistics.

You will be redirected to the statistics area where you will be asked to enter a login and password.
Use your system FTP account access to go to the statistics interface.
If the interface is displayed, it means that the Webalizer module is activated. Follow the links to get more information.
If the interface displays the following message, it means that you have to wait another 24 hours to consult the statistics of the AWStats module.

2- Statistics on the use of your resources It will allow you to get detailed reports on how the resources provided with your subscription are used.
To get to it, go to your client interface > click on Plesk > My Plesk (Manage my Subscription) > menu Websites & Domains > Web statistics.
