You have to start by going to your customer interface which you will find the link on our website. Once there, you will find the customer number in the left menu.

What is my customer number for?

You place an order, and later on, you receive a seven-digit customer number by e-mail, which also appears on your contract, and on your invoices.

The customer number is the unique identifier of your account with us. It is very important because it allows us to :

• To facilitate the handling of your request when you contact our technical support.
• Make it easier to find your account when you send us your requests.
• Identify your customer account quickly to shorten the processing time of your request.
